AMISH PANCAKE MIX 
DRY MIX:

8 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking soda
1-2 tsp. salt

I use 4 cups whole wheat flour and 4 cups white flour.

2 c. milk
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs

Using wire whisk, beat until thoroughly mixed then add pancake mix to desired thickness, approximately 2 1/ cups. Blueberries may be added to batter.

NOTE: Powdered milk may be used in which case water would be substituted for liquid. These are light and fluffy pancakes even with whole wheat flour.
