HOMEMADE PANCAKE MIX 
10 c. flour
5 rounded tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
3 c. crushed corn flakes
2 c. rolled oats
3 c. whole wheat flour

Combine all ingredients, cover and store. When ready to use, mix 1 1/2 cups dry mix, 1 egg and 1 1/4 cups milk. Bake on griddle as usual. Yield: 18 cups dry mix.
