EASY CHICKEN 
1 chicken fryer, cut up
1 bottle creamy Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 c. apricot preserves (1 sm. jar)

Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serve over rice.
