EASY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

In a large, heavy skillet, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows are melted. Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool completely and cut into squares. Makes 2 pounds.
