SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 bag Ore-Ida potatoes, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not mix with water)
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Mix all of this together. Put in a baking dish. Sprinkle 2 cups crushed corn flakes over the mixture. Pour 1 stick melted butter over all ingredients. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
