SEA BREEZE SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello (or lemon and lime mixed)
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold liquid
1 c. drained crushed pineapple, save juice
1 can lemon pie filling
1 env. Dream Whip or 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold liquid and let set unitl thickened, then stir in lemon pie filling. Whip with an electric beater until well blended. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture.

To the remainder of the mixture, add pineapple. Place in a 9x13 pan and refrigerate until set.

Prepare Dream Whip as directed if using, and add reserved Jello. Spread over first layer and refrigerate.
