CHERRY CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
9 oz. pkg. chocolate (half of a 8.5 oz. cake mix can be used, saving second layer for another use)
4 (4.25 oz.) cans prepared chocolate pudding, or 1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding mix, prepared as directed
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/4 c. rum or brandy

Prepare and bake cake as directed on package. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Arrange 1/2 of cake cubes in glass bowl or large compote dish. Layer with half of pudding, then half of pie filling. Sprinkle with rum. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve topped with whipped cream.
