LEMON CREAM CHEESERS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. grated lemon peel or 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. milk

Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix until particles are fine. Press half of mixture into bottom of ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan.

Combine remaining ingredients; beat until smooth and creamy. Pour over crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass pan) for 25 to 35 minutes - DO NOT OVERBAKE. Store cooled bars in refrigerator.
