HAMBURGER STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 2 c. cooked noodles 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. sour cream Brown ground beef; drain fat. Saute onions until tender. Cook noodles while meat is browning. Stir in soup, milk, noodles, butter, salt and pepper; simmer, covered, 10 to 15 minutes. Uncover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir sour cream. Heat through but do not boil. Serve immediately. |
