ORANGE - DILLED CARROTS 
2 c. pared, sliced carrots
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated fresh orange rind
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. fresh orange sections
1/2 tsp. salt

Place carrots in medium saucepan with water and salt. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Add remaining salt and other ingredients. Stir over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Serves 4.
