2 sq. chocolate
1 c. walnuts
1 can condensed milk
2 c. graham crackers or vanilla wafers

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add milk and boil 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup nuts and cracker crumbs. Grease pan and put in 1/4 cup nuts. Pour mixture into pan and smooth with knife dipped in hot water. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
