5-POUND FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can milk
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. Marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips

Add first 5 ingredients to saucepan. Bring to boil on low heat; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until dissolved. Add vanilla or peppermint.
