HOT DINNER ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 beaten egg
6 c. flour (approximately)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil or shortening

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add egg, shortening, and salt. Mix in flour. Let rise once. Put in muffin pan and let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
