HOT MACADAMIA DIP 
11 oz. (1, 8 oz. & 1, 3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) dried chipped beef, shredded
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1 tbsp. butter
Crackers to serve

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese and milk, blending until completely smooth. Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, garlic, pepper and ginger. Fold in sour cream.

Pour beef mixture into a glass pie plate or shallow baking dish. In a small skillet, saute nuts in butter until thoroughly glazed. Sprinkle nuts over beef mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot with crackers. Yield 12-15 servings.
