FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. bread flour
1 c. sugar (white)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. crushed nuts

Mix up flour, sugar, soda, eggs, fruit cocktail and put in 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle brown sugar on bottom and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut

Cook topping until thick, keep warm to put on cake when it comes out of oven.
