SWEET - SOUR CHICKEN 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. juice from pineapple
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. cooked cubed chicken
1/4 c. thin sliced onion
1 c. drained pineapple chunks
1/2 c. thin celery strips
1/2 c. green pepper rings
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir pineapple liquid in and add vinegar and soy sauce. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chicken, onion, pineapple, celery and green pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
