RHUBARB PIE 
1 egg, beaten well
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 c. finely cut rhubarb
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Combine 1 cup sugar and egg. Put 1/2 cup sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and salt on rhubarb. Mix and add egg, sugar mixture to rhubarb. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
