SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 stick butter
1 c. canned cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

Mix sweet potatoes, 3/4 stick butter, cream, sugar, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla; bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Melt remaining 3/4 stick butter. Add brown sugar, nuts and Corn Flakes to butter. Mix well. Spread over potatoes and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
