SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar

Mix all above together. Roll out into balls. Roll in flour and brown. 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Use pineapple juice and water to make one cup. Blend in above remaining ingredients. Let cook until clear and thick. Pour over meat balls. Add 1 cup chopped green pepper, 1 tablespoon chopped pimento, and pineapple. Simmer about 1 hour. Very good over rice.
