PEACH OR PEAR CRISP 
1 lg. can peaches or pears, totally drained in colander
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 c. unsweetened coconut, shredded (optional)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 c. Grape Nuts or Perky's Nutty Rice cereal
6 oz. apple juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In glass baking dish, sprayed with non-stick, spread fruit evenly, then sprinkle and continue layering all ingredients in order. Blend apple juice and vanilla and pour evenly over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
