CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. fryer or 2-3 chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. Velveeta, sliced
1/2 of a lg. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Boil chicken 30-45 minutes until fork tender. Remove and crumble. Cook broccoli. In a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish, place 1 layer of chicken, 1 layer of broccoli, and 1 layer of chicken. On top of last chicken layer put sliced Velveeta cheese. Add cream of celery soup. Prepare stuffing according to package. Put stiffing on top of entire mixture. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Put foil on top and remove last 10 minutes.
