PEACH DELIGHT PIE OR PEACHES 'N
CREAM PIE
 
LAYER #1:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1/2 c. milk

LAYER #2 & 3:

1 (15 or 16 oz.) can peach slices, drain & save juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice

Combine layer #1 in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium and pour into a greased glass pie pan.

LAYERS #2 & 3: Arrange peaches over top of pudding mixture. Mix juice, cream cheese and sugar, beating 2 minutes. Spoon on top of peaches. Sprinkle this with mixture of 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
