BEAN SALAD 
1 sm. can shoepeg corn
1 sm. can butterbeans
1 sm. can French string beans
1 sm. can peas
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar

Drain liquid off vegetables. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Let marinate at least 24 hours. (The longer the better).
