CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise, Hellmann's
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery, parboiled 15 minutes
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix first 6 ingredients together and place in casserole. Mix corn flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle this over chicken mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10. Leftover turkey may be substituted.
