PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Townhouse or Ritz cracker crumbs

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar and flour, then stir in juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks and spoon into casserole. Put crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 6 servings. Possible to double for Sunday or larger groups.
