MERINGUE COOKIES 
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips (mini works best)

Beat egg whites until very stiff. Gradually add sugar and continue beating. When quite stiff, add chips. Have the oven preheated to 350 degrees. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper. Put cookie sin oven, turn oven off and leave overnight.
