PUMPKIN BREAD 
4 eggs
1 c. honey
2 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. yogurt or buttermilk
3 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs and honey. Add pumpkin and oil. Add soda in yogurt or buttermilk. Sift flour with salt and spices, add to the pumpkin mixture and alternately with soda mixture. Pour into 2 greased bread pans and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 2 large loaves.
