FIREMEN'S STEW 
2 lb. beef stew meat, rolled lightly in flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can onion soup, undiluted
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Put meat, soups into covered casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Add 1/2 cup wine and bake 1/2 hour more. No seasonings unless you want more than the soups provide. Add any vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes, onions) that you like during the last 1 1/2 hours of cooking time.
