INDIA CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
3/4 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Separate eggs. Beat well. Separate whites and yolks, then blend together. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Beat well. Add flour, soda, baking powder and flavoring. Add milk. Beat well.

Bake at 325°F in tube pan for 1 hour or until done.
