SHRIMP CURRY FROM INDIA | |
4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 4 tsp. curry powder 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. ginger, ground 1 lb. shrimp, cooked 5 c. cooked rice In medium saucepan, melt butter and flour and curry powder. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Add salt, pepper and ginger. Fold in shrimp and heat thoroughly. Serve on rice. Serves 4. |
