CREAMY CHICKEN BAKE 
1/4 lb. dried beef
6 chicken breasts, boned & split
12 strips bacon
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms
1 c. sour cream

Cover bottom of 9"x13" baking dish with dried beef. Wrap each piece of chicken in 2 bacon slices. Arrange chicken over beef. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Drain liquid from dish. Combine soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Pour over chicken and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. To freeze ahead, omit sauce adding it after cooking chicken the first half hour. 6 servings.
