ROQUEFORT AND SOUR CREAM DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in blender. Whirl until smooth. Refrigerate several hours, or overnight. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
