HUSBAND'S DELIGHT | |
8 chicken breasts 8 slices bacon 1 (4 oz.) dried beef 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup, undiluted 1/2 pt. sour cream 2 sm. bag slivered almonds; optional Line baking dish with dried beef. Wrap each chicken breast with bacon strip. Arrange on top of dried beef layer. Mix sour cream and soup together and pour over all. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Sprinkle with almonds and bake an additional 1/2 hour. Serve with rice, if desired. Serves 8. |
