3 egg whites, whipped
450 grams powdered sugar
500 grams almonds, crunched very fine
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cherry liquor or lemon juice

Mix egg whites and powdered sugar. Reserve 1 cup of mixture. Add almonds, cinnamon and juice to the remainder of the mixture and spread 1 cm high on table. Form little stars and put egg-sugar mixture on stars. Bake 4-5 minutes with high temperature.
