In a blender, or food processor bowl, combine one 10 ounce package dozen strawberries, broken up; 1/4 cup light rum; 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice. Cover and blend or process until thoroughly mixed. Transfer mixture to a medium mixing bowl. Fold in 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Spoon into chilled champagne or dessert dishes and serve immediately. Serves 8. |
