DAIQUIRI FRUIT SALAD 
2 cans (10 oz. each) crushed pineapple, drain & save liquid
2 3/4 c. liquid (reserved pineapple syrup)
3 pkg. (4 serving size) lime Jello
2 cans (6 oz. each) frozen lemonade concentrate
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. light rum
1 c. whipped cream or 2 c. Cool Whip
4 med. bananas, sliced

In large saucepan, bring liquid to boil, stir in gelatin to dissolve. Remove from heat. Stir in lemonade concentrate and rum. Chill until thickened but not set. Fold in pineapple, whipped cream and bananas. Spoon into 12 cup mold. Chill until firm. Wonderful with Christmas Dinner!
