CURRIED SHRIMP 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. pepper, chopped
Butter
1 tsp. curry
2 lb. shrimp, cooked
1 c. sour cream
Rice

To cook shrimp, start with cold water, lemon juice, bring to a boil and drain. Saute in butter onion, pepper; pour in cream of mushroom soup and curry powder. Cook until hot and add shrimp (that you have cut lengthwise in half). Before serving add 1 cup sour cream. Serve with rice. Makes 8 servings.
