SAUSAGE/EGG PIE 
1 lb. sausage (browned & drained
12 eggs, beaten with 1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. cheddar cheese (reserve a little for garnish)

Combine above ingredients. Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle tops with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This can be prepared the night before.
