FUNNEL CAKES 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs. Add milk and sugar. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add to egg/milk mixture. Beat until smooth. Should be thin enough to run through a funnel. Drop from funnel into hot deep fat 375 to 400 degrees. Hold finger over bottom of funnel to control amount of batter released. Use 1/2 cup of batter for each cake. Sprinkle hot cakes with powdered sugar.
