CRAB STUFFED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Paprika

Bake potatoes. Scoop out the meat of the potatoes, leaving the shell intact. Combine potato meat with remaining ingredients, except paprika. Fill potato hulls with mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Reheat in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes.
