RHUBARB JELLY 
5 c. chopped rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 sm. box strawberry Jello

Pour sugar over rhubarb and let stand overnight. Next morning boil 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Jello. When dissolved, pour in jars and seal.
