RHUBARB JELLY 
4 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (4 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

On medium heat, cook rhubarb and sugar until liquified. Add package of Jello. Cook about 5 minutes on low heat while it thickens. Then refrigerate.
