RHUBARB JELLY 
4 c. rhubarb
1/4 c. water
5 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Simmer rhubarb and water a few minutes; add sugar. Boil 10 minutes. Remove from stove; add 1 package Jello; stir. Put in jars.
