SWEET AND TANGY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
1 pkg. (3/4 oz.) brown gravy mix
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. pepper sauce (red hot sauce)

Combine meat, bread crumbs, yellow mustard and Italian seasoning. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked; drain. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 1 minute, stirring until thickened. Place meatballs on serving dish; cover the meatballs with the sauce. Makes 3 dozen meatballs.
