VERSATILE MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. elbows, #35 macaroni or sm. shells
2 c. cubed cooked ham, chicken or lobster OR 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
Mayonnaise to moisten
Vinegar (white or apple cider)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Some parsley or even oregano
Some pepper

Cook macaroni as on package, drain. Drain tuna or us ham, chicken or lobster. In large bowl mix and toss all the above ingredients. Garnish with sliced eggs and parsley. 8-10 servings.
