TUNA-MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. elbow or shell macaroni
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1/2 c. (2 oz.) cubed Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. frozen English peas, thawed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp. chopped dill pickle
2 tbsp. minced onion
Lettuce leaves

Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Chill well. Serve on lettuce leaves. 4-6 servings.
