SEAFOOD GUMBO 
1 entire stalk of celery, diced
4 lg. onions, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 cans (#2) tomatoes
1/2 gal. water
2 lbs. raw shrimp
1 pt. oysters
2 lbs. okra
2 tbsp. gumbo file
1 lb. crabmeat
Cooked rice
3 bell peppers, cut up

Saute celery, onion, garlic and peppers in 1/2 cup cooking oil. Add cans of tomato and 1/2 gallon water. Then add 2 pounds raw shrimp, 1 pint oysters and 1 pound crabmeat. Cook until done. Add 2 pounds okra, 2 tablespoons file and let simmer until okra is done. Season to taste and serve with rice.
