HOMEMADE PIZZA 
1 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. flour
3 c. tomato sauce
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Into large mixing bowl put 1 cup of lukewarm water and the package of yeast. Stir the mixture until the yeast dissolves in the water. Let the mixture stand for at least 5 minutes. Add the sugar, salt and butter. Beat well. Add 1 1/2 cups of flour. Beat the mixture thoroughly. Add the remaining flour in order to form a thick dough. Put dough on floured surface. Knead until it feels smooth and elastic. Grease 2 pizza pans. Divide dough into 2 balls.

Stretch dough gently until it fits pan. Let dough rise in pans for 15 minutes. Spread tomato sauce over dough. Add the cheese and other things you would like on it. Add Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes in the oven.
