EASY TO BAKE ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast (dissolve in 2 cups lukewarm water)
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
4 c. self rising flour

Mix all ingredients and put in covered bowl. Keep in the refrigerator. You do not have to let these rolls rise before baking. You may keep dough in refrigerator until needed.
