HOT BUTTERED RUM 
Dark rum
Cinnamon sticks

BATTER:

1 lb. butter
1 lb. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves

Batter: Whip butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves together. Store mix in covered container in refrigerator. For each serving, mix 1 tablespoon batter with 1 1/2 ounces dark rum in a mug. Fill with hot water, stir with cinnamon stick. Can make ahead and can freeze.
